Meet Our Amazing RBTs

  • Gabrielle Chrabascz, Lead RBT/Student Analyst

    Meet Gabi! Gabi was drawn to ABA with the desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. She values how ABA provides the opportunity to teach essential skills that foster independence and open doors for lifelong learning. Gabi especially enjoys working with young clients, as there are so many foundational skills to develop that allow kids to flourish both now and in the future. She loves incorporating play and daily tasks into sessions, creating fun and engaging experiences that clients can look forward to.

    Looking ahead, Gabi hopes to complete a graduate program in ABA within the next five years, continue growing her knowledge, and build lasting connections with clients, families, and colleagues.

    Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, cooking, drawing, and spending time with loved ones. Her favorite reinforcers are coffee and shopping.

  • Varissa Esposito, RBT

    Meet Varissa! Varissa was inspired to pursue a career in ABA because of her passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She values being able to help others gain independence, celebrate progress, and build strong connections with clients and their families. What she loves most about working with children is seeing their unique personalities shine and witnessing their excitement as they master new skills.

    In the future, Varissa sees herself continuing to grow both personally and professionally, with educational backgrounds in ABA, Nursing, and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, taking her dogs for walks, swimming at the lake, reading, and embracing her creativity. She brings a balance of compassion, professionalism, and fun to her work, believing passion is the greatest reinforcer.

    A graduate of Tantasqua High School, Varissa earned her home health certification and worked as a PCA before enrolling at QCC, where she is majoring in Liberal Arts Psychology. She looks forward to using her education to continue supporting and connecting with individuals.

  • Zachary Mayo, RBT

    Meet Zachary! Zachary is passionate about helping others reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a background in psychology, he was inspired to work hands-on with individuals with developmental disabilities and children. His ultimate goal is to become a mental health counselor and make a meaningful impact in the field.

    He finds it deeply rewarding to see his clients grow and thrive through dedicated support. In the future, Zachary hopes to focus on mental health counseling with forensic populations after completing his graduate studies.

    Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking, spending time with friends, playing video games, and studying Japanese. He values the encouragement and feedback from his team, which keep him motivated and inspired.

  • Abigail MacLagan, RBT

    Meet Abigail! While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Abigail discovered ABA and found the meaningful career she’d been searching for. Now a Registered Behavior Technician, she loves making a difference by helping clients grow, overcome challenges, and build communication skills.

    Abigail plans to continue advancing in the field, possibly pursuing BCBA certification, and has a growing interest in Animal Behavior Science. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, sculpting, cooking, and spending time in nature with her fiancé and their cats, Ghost and Frank. Her favorite reinforcer is positive social reinforcement—kind words and encouragement that inspire growth both in and out of therapy.

  • Tracie Pfister, RBT

    Meet Tracie! Tracie’s passion for ABA comes from her love of helping children grow, learn, and find their voice. She enjoys combining teaching, creativity, and meaningful connection to support each child’s journey. Tracie finds joy in encouraging children through challenges and celebrating every milestone as they gain confidence and new skills.

    She looks forward to continuing her growth in the ABA field, with a special interest in Early Intervention and helping young learners build strong foundational skills. Outside of work, Tracie enjoys gardening, swimming, reading, and spending time with her family. Her favorite reinforcers are kindness—and, of course, chocolate!

  • Cassidy Wetnicka, RBT

    Meet Cassidy! Cassidy was inspired to work in ABA by her mom, who is a BCBA. Seeing the impact her mom had on individuals and families showed her how meaningful this field is and motivated her to pursue a similar path.

    What she loves most about working with clients is watching their growth over time, even in small moments. Seeing them gain new skills, confidence, and ways to communicate is incredibly rewarding, and the relationships she builds make the work meaningful.

    In five years, she sees herself continuing to grow in the field, taking on more responsibility, and making a positive impact while staying passionate about helping others.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, going out to eat, watching movies, and traveling. Her favorite reinforcers are shopping and vacations.

  • Hailey Marquardt, RBT

    Meet Hailey! Hailey was inspired to work in ABA after observing the incredible work RBTs do within a school setting. Seeing the positive impact they had on their clients and the progress they helped create inspired her to pursue a career in the field herself.

    What she loves most about working with clients is that every day is different and there are so many opportunities to learn through play. She enjoys being able to make sessions fun and engaging while building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them develop new skills.

    In five years, Hailey sees herself continuing to work as an RBT or taking the next step in her career and pursuing the path toward becoming a BCBA.

    Outside of work, Hailey enjoys crocheting, swimming, and spending time with her dog. Her favorite reinforcers to use with clients are sensory materials, especially slime!
