Gabrielle Chrabascz, Lead RBT
Meet Gabi! Gabi was drawn to ABA with the desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. She values how ABA provides the opportunity to teach essential skills that foster independence and open doors for lifelong learning. Gabi especially enjoys working with young clients, as there are so many foundational skills to develop that allow kids to flourish both now and in the future. She loves incorporating play and daily tasks into sessions, creating fun and engaging experiences that clients can look forward to.
Looking ahead, Gabi hopes to complete a graduate program in ABA within the next five years, continue growing her knowledge, and build lasting connections with clients, families, and colleagues.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, cooking, drawing, and spending time with loved ones. Her favorite reinforcers are coffee and shopping.

Alexa Pechie, RBT
Meet Alexa! Alexa was inspired to work in ABA because of her passion for helping children grow - not just through their programs, but socially and emotionally, as well. She loves watching kids reach their goals and finds it incredibly rewarding to see them flourish with support and guidance.
In the next five years, Alexa sees herself becoming a BCBA or a school psychologist, and she’ll be applying to graduate school in Fall 2026!
Outside of work, Alexa enjoys yoga, Pilates, reading, and spending time with friends and family. If she had to pick a favorite reinforcer, it would be a toss-up between movement breaks (nothing beats a little dance party!) and sweet treats!

Varissa Esposito, BT
Meet Varissa! Varissa was inspired to pursue a career in ABA because of her passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She values being able to help others gain independence, celebrate progress, and build strong connections with clients and their families. What she loves most about working with children is seeing their unique personalities shine and witnessing their excitement as they master new skills.
In the future, Varissa sees herself continuing to grow both personally and professionally, with educational backgrounds in ABA, Nursing, and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, taking her dogs for walks, swimming at the lake, reading, and embracing her creativity. She brings a balance of compassion, professionalism, and fun to her work, believing passion is the greatest reinforcer.
A graduate of Tantasqua High School, Varissa earned her home health certification and worked as a PCA before enrolling at QCC, where she is majoring in Liberal Arts Psychology. She looks forward to using her education to continue supporting and connecting with individuals.

Meet Jennifer! Jennifer became an RBT after pursuing her lifelong dream of working in a field where she could help others reach their full potential. She believes in the power of positive reinforcement and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
She loves working with kids because of their curiosity, joy, and eagerness to learn. Watching their growth and development, and knowing she played a part in it, is what motivates her most.
Her plan for the future is simple: to continue working as an RBT at Meaningful Outcomes ABA, guiding children through positive reinforcement for many years to come.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, going to live music events with friends, and walking the nearby Rail Trails. Her favorite reinforcer is verbal praise, as she finds that a simple “Great job!” can be incredibly powerful and motivating!
