Meet the Team
CEO/Owner
Karen has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 35 years. She received her BA in psychology from Carleton College in Minnesota, and her MA in ABA from the University of Kansas. She received her board certification as a BCBA in 2004. She worked at the New England Center for Children as a teacher, a Program Coordinator, and a Program Specialist. She then moved on to work as a public school BCBA for 15 years, and for the past 3 years has worked in insurance-funded agencies. She has presented workshops at regional and national conferences. Karen is passionate about transforming clients’ and families’ lives through the power of individualized ABA services which are delivered with kindness, compassion, respect, and fun.
Director of Staff Training & Development
Mikayla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020 and obtained her master's degree from Bay Path University in 2024. Mikayla specializes in teaching verbal behavior and helping children communicate and express themselves. As Director of Staff Training and Development, Mikayla’s duties include group and individual staff trainings, parent trainings, and overseeing consistency of staff skill sets. Outside of work, Mikayla loves spending time with her cat, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Director of Clinical Operations
Katie has worked in the field of Human Services for over 6 years. She graduated from Bay Path University with a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and holds her Board Certification in ABA. Katie specializes in assisting children with challenging behavior - helping them to find appropriate ways to express their needs. As Director of Clinical Operations, Katie performs a variety of duties ranging from staff supervision to overseeing accuracy of data collection and program integrity. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her niece, cooking, and lifting weights.
